RETURNS
We will accept returns when:
- -the product is defective or damaged; or
- -the product is not what you ordered; or
- -the product does not arrive at all.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item fits into one of the above scenarios, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for the sale items, gift cards or change of mind.
TIMEFRAMES FOR RETURNS
We have a 10-day return policy from the date the package arrives with you (unless it does not arrive at all). The means you have 10 business days to contact us for a return from the date it arrives with you. Any returns requested after this date will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Unless agreed with you as part of the return process, we do not accept any exchanges on purchases.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, including the originally shipping charges. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We take no responsibility for returns that do not arrive back to us, so make sure you use a traceable delivery method. We will reiterate this when you contact us for the return.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please email us at contact@hotunderthecollar.com.au. In your email, please include:
- -your order #;
- -the item you would like to return;
- -the reason for your return; and
- -a photo(s) detailing the problem with the item.
We will get back in touch with you ASAP to make this right and let you know how to proceed from there, including a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
